Stofnest Sampler #9 - update

I'm almost done with this project. Just have to do some bits in the bottom border. There are pockets top and bottom for hanging rods.

"Square in Square Brown" - up date

I've opted to try and make a biscornu. The back is now done and everything is cut to the size I want. Now I just have to have at it and see how it turns out. I bought what I thought were some very pretty buttons but they don't look so hot with the pattern :(
I'm also working on my PIF projects. Two are stitched with one to go, then I just have to decide how to finish them off.
I bought some pretty fabric for my Stofnest Sampler #9. Just waiting for it to dry so I can decide how to use it.

Stofnest Sampler #9

The stitching is done. Now I just have to finish it off.
This was a fun sampler to do and I might try it in a different set of colors.
Maybe a different color for each band would be nice.

Stitching Olympics - update

I ran out of my "old" DMC #799 and when I went to the store the "new" #799 was nowhere near the same color. The closest in the store was DMC #931. Since there is just enough of a difference I might finish the last band off in another shade of blue.
